Art trade: Tomoe Gozen

Fjeeew, finally starting the trades I've in progress (I blame the university... and AC for keeping me away photoshop! XD)

So this is the first trade I had with !
She asked me to draw Tomoe Gozen, a japanese female samurai living in the 12th century.
I must admit, I became a big fan of this Lady, since I read *Askald's fanzine. (I don't have a clue how to translate it... but basically it's a magazine made by an amateur artist/fanartist.) Askald's one was talking about life at the time of the middle ages in Japan, describing life by poems and letters she wrote, illustrating some of them. she has also made an awesome Tomoe Gozen here: [link]
